Terms of use
Hermes Backup is private software maintained for the owner’s personal backup and recovery needs. It is not a commercial product or a service offered to the public.
Authorized use
Use is limited to accounts and systems explicitly controlled by the application owner. No third party is granted a right to access or operate the application.
No warranty
The application is provided for personal use as-is, without warranties or guarantees. Backup health is independently monitored and recovery is periodically tested, but no system can guarantee against every form of data loss.
Changes
These terms and the application’s operating behavior may be updated as the backup architecture evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
